The Future of HR Academy is designed to be neurodivergent-friendly and ADA-aligned. Every control below can be turned on from the menu or your profile — no assistive technology required.
Reading comfort
Make the whole site easier to read. Turn on larger text, a clearer dyslexia-friendly font, extra line spacing, or strip away decorative effects so you can focus on the lesson.
How: Use the Comfort button in the top menu, or find the same toggles on your Profile page.
Language & translation
Read the Academy in the language you work in. The whole site — menus, lessons, Aura's coaching, and scenario text — can be translated into one of 30 languages.
How: Choose your language from the globe icon in the top menu or on your Profile page. Downloadable documents stay in English.
Keyboard & screen reader friendly
Every interactive element has a visible focus ring and can be reached with a keyboard. Skip links let you jump past navigation, and headings follow a logical order.
How: Press Tab to move through buttons and links. Press Enter or Space to activate them.
Audio lessons
Every scenario can be listened to as well as read. The audio player is keyboard-operable and never autoplays.
How: Open any scenario and click Load the audio lesson.
Motion & visual preferences
Prefer less movement? The Stop all motion setting disables every animation site-wide. We also respect your browser's reduced-motion preference.
How: Toggle Stop all motion in the Comfort menu.
Simple, predictable controls
No timed quizzes, no surprise sounds, and no essential information carried by color alone. Status labels, stars, and locked states are always paired with text or icons.
How: Everything is labeled in plain language, with clear next steps.
Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you run into anything that does not work with your setup — a screen reader, a switch device, eye tracking, or anything else — we want to know.
