Every Saturday, we will take what we are learning and turn it into something practical. You will not finish the program with another folder of slides you never use.
You will finish with six completed products and a portfolio that shows how you think, solve problems, and build responsibly with AI.

At the end of the six weeks, your work will be organized into your personal HR AI Build Portfolio.
Your portfolio will document
- The HR problems you identified
- The solutions you designed
- The products you built
- The risks and ethical considerations you addressed
- The business value of your work
- The skills you developed throughout the program
Participants must be able to keep their portfolios private, download a portfolio summary, or create an optional shareable version that does not contain confidential information.
How every Saturday runs.
Melissa introduces the week's HR problem, AI concept, and responsible-use considerations.
Participants see a practical demonstration of how the product can be planned and built.
Everyone works on the week's product during the Saturday session.
Participants review the product for accuracy, usefulness, accessibility, privacy, and potential bias.
Participants improve their products during the week before the next Saturday class.
Each completed product is added to the participant's HR AI Build Portfolio.
Live participation is strongly encouraged because we will build together during each Saturday session. Registered participants will receive access to available session replays and materials.
