Get Free Access to the Future of HR Academy

Cohort 1 of the HR AI Build Lab is full. You can join the free Cohort 2 waitlist for classes beginning Saturday, November 21, 2026. Joining the waitlist does not confirm a class seat.

Over six Saturdays, participants will build six practical HR products and organize them into a personal HR AI Build Portfolio.

No coding experience is required.

Academy registration is always free. Build Lab seats are limited; if the cohort is full we will place you on the waitlist and tell you where you stand.

Would official recertification credit (SHRM PDCs or HRCI credit hours) change how you prioritize this?

Yes, it would make this easier to justify or get approved

Maybe, depends on my employer

No difference either way

I'm not pursuing a credential that requires this
